I met Molly Ringwald at a fundraiser on Wednesday night. It was a dream-come-true thirty years in the making. Three years ago, I could not have imagined I would do something as spontaneous and crazy as walking into a River Oaks swankienda by myself and mingling with people I don’t know, but I felt comfortable doing it because I was wearing fabulous accessories from Stella & Dot.
I paired a simple black dress (similar to the one from Old Navy in the picture above) with our Frida Necklace and Frida Print Scarf. I finished the look with the Linda Studs and the Avalon Clutch in cobalt.
Stella & Dot jewelry has magic powers: I met two people that night because they complimented me on my necklace. It’s definitely a conversation-starter! Adorned with Stella & Dot, I feel confident and convivial, willing to take a chance and do something that doesn’t come naturally to me. Forget diamonds – Stella & Dot is a girl’s best friend!
